Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality asset management and regeneration services? Do you have a strategic vision and a track record of delivering successful outcomes for customers, communities and stakeholders? You will be responsible for leading and managing our asset management and regeneration functions, ensuring that we maximise the value and performance of our property portfolio, deliver high-quality maintenance and improvement services, and create sustainable and vibrant places for our residents and communities. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing our corporate strategy, business plans and objectives, working collaboratively with the Board, the Chief Executive, the Executive Team and other senior managers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant professional qualification and/or extensive experience in asset management, regeneration. Moreover, you should also be able to lead, motivate and develop teams and individuals effectively and possess an in-depth understanding of the social housing sector and the regulatory framework that governs it. Your track record should showcase the successful execution of complex projects and programmes within budgetary and time constraints. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, promoting social value and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are vital. Above all, your character should reflect an unwavering commitment to involvement of residents, personal integrity, professionalism and accountability.

WATMOS Community Homes is a unique social housing landlord owning just over 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London.
